Shipping Policy
We currently ship across India only. All orders are made on demand.

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate. Customer-related delivery failures may result in RTO, with applicable logistics charges deducted from eligible refunds.

Return and Refund Policy
Returns & exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery for unused, unwashed products with original tags and packaging.
- Exchanges: Size exchanges are subject to availability.
- Refunds: Approved refunds are initiated within 2–3 business days after quality inspection. Return shipping charges, where applicable, are deducted from the refund.
- Final Sale: Products marked Final Sale / No Returns or Exchanges / Clearance are non-returnable. Discounts alone do not make an item final sale.
- Damaged/Incorrect Orders: Report within 24 hours to support@pehnache.com with your order number and photos/videos.
- Bundles: Bundles must be returned/exchanged in full.
- RTO: Customer-fault RTOs may have applicable forward and return shipping charges deducted from eligible refunds.
- Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled only before processing or dispatch.
